Laurie Becker, the President of E.P. Dine Inc., has been with the firm
since 1991. Ms. Beckers practice focuses on general counsel and
deputy general counsel searches as well as partner placements. Ms. Becker
received her A.B. in 1977 from Washington University and her J.D., Cum
Laude, in 1980 from Boston University School of Law. Ms. Becker began
her legal career as a corporate lawyer at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris,
Glovsky and Popeo in Boston. From 1984 to 1991, she was the General Counsel
of Unicorp American Corporation in New York City.

Melissa
A. Collery
Melissa Collery joined E.P. Dine Inc. in 1998 where she specializes in placing
corporate and intellectual property attorneys at corporations, financial
institutions and law firms. Ms. Collery received her B.A. in 1989 from
the State University of New York at Binghamton and her J.D. in 1992 from
New York University School of Law. After law school, Ms. Collery was an
Assistant Vice President at Bankers Trust Company where she focused on
foreign exchange and derivatives products. She then joined Seward &
Kissel as a corporate associate and was a member of the hedge fund practice
group.

Joanna
Davis joined E.P. Dine Inc. in 1985 where she has been placing attorneys
at law firms, investment banks and corporations. She specializes in placing
tax, employee benefits and trusts and estates attorneys as well as bankruptcy
attorneys. Ms. Davis received her B.A. from McGill University.

Amy
Echelman joined E.P. Dine Inc. in 1998 where she specializes in the placement
of real estate, corporate and environmental lawyers at law firms, corporations
and investment banks. Ms. Echelman received her B.A. from Washington University,
St. Louis, in 1979 and her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law
in 1982. During her legal career, she practiced commercial real estate
law at Lefrak Newman & Myerson in New York City and land use, zoning
and governmental relations at Pirro, Collier, Cohen & Halpern in White
Plains, New York. Amy Echelman serves on the Legal Advisory Board of My
Sisters Place, a Domestic Violence Organization.

Anthoula Grech
Anthoula Grech’s practice
focuses on the placement of tax, trusts and estates and employee benefits
attorneys at law firms, financial institutions and corporations. Ms.
Grech received her B.A. from New York University - College of Arts &
Sciences in 1997 and her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in
2000 where she was a member of the Fordham Environmental Law Journal.

Greene places

financial institutions and law firms. Ms. Greene received her B.A.
in 1974 and M.S.W. in 1977 from University of Maryland, and her J.D. from
Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1987. After practicing law in
the matrimonial area, Ms. Greene was an Assistant Corporation Counsel at
the New York City Law Department from 1989 until 1997 when she became a
legal recruiter at a national legal search firm. Nancy is on the
Board of Directors of International Social Service - USA.

Rosemary
Moukad
Rosemary
Moukad has been at E.P. Dine Inc. placing litigators at both law firms
and in-house since 1986. Ms. Moukad
received her A.B. from Smith College in 1977 and her J.D. from Fordham
University School of Law in 1980. After serving as a law clerk to the
Honorable Inzer B. Wyatt in the Southern District of New York, she worked
in the litigation department of the then Breed Abbott & Morgan. Ms.
Moukad then moved to work in alternative dispute resolution at the Center
for Public Resources Legal Program for several years before joining E.P. Dine Inc.

Sharon Anson
Sharon Anson specializes in
partner searches. Ms. Anson received a B.A. from Denison University, an
M.A. from Columbia University and, in 1978, a J.D. from New York
University School of Law. She also recently received an M.S.W. from
New York University. During her legal career, she practiced corporate and
securities law at several New York City firms, including Stroock & Stroock
& Lavan, Thacher Proffitt & Wood and Kaye Scholer.
